What will the Land Share and Ownership Structure Be Like?
In applications carried out within the scope of Article 18 of the Zoning Law, the lands within the zoning boundaries can be combined or separated without obtaining permission from the owners, and up to 40% of the free use rights can be transferred to the public. However, in all projects offered by Nova Arsa, these processes have been completed — including finalized land readjustment under Article 18 — and the ownership structure of the lands is fully clarified. This way, you can make a risk-free, legally secure and highly profitable investment.

All the official permits and documents are completed as a result of these evaluations and presented to the investor.
How are the Shape, Size, Topography and Ground Conditions of the Land Evaluated?
In our land development processes, all technical data such as topography, ground structure, soil properties, zoning status, environmental effects, infrastructure and 18 applications are examined in detail by our expert teams. Once approved, the lands are rapidly transformed into projects using the Nova Project Management (NPM) system and offered to investors.
